Jerry Passaro
CEO & Managing Partner
Jerry has 40+ years of experience in providing assistance and guidance to real estate owners and developers in analyzing and underwriting business opportunities.

Based in Williamsburg, VA, Jerry has been an owner, developer, and real estate project manager for the last 10+ years. He is a former bank President and CEO covering Virginia and the Carolinas. Jerry has been responsible for the supervision and risk management of a $1 billion real estate portfolio and has extensive experience in the underwriting and managing of income-producing real estate properties, to include commercial office space, hospitality properties and multi-family developments. He has been a leader in the financing of student housing developments, having provided land acquisition, development and construction financing for projects throughout Virginia and the Carolinas.

Allen Crumpler
President & Managing Partner
Allen Crumpler is President & Managing Partner of Flagsticks Development Group. Based in Charlotte, NC, Allen has been working in finance and real estate for 20 years. He began his career in commercial real estate lending and loan brokerage and spent more than 10 years as an investment banker. As an investment banker he has worked with Fortune 500 clients, private equity groups, and family / founder owned businesses on more than $100 billion in acquisitions and more than $40 billion in financings.
Allen has experience working closely with business owners and investors to help maximize returns and construct the most beneficial capital structures to help owners achieve their goals.

Allen graduated from Virginia Tech with a BS degree in Business – Finance and earned his MBA from The University of Maryland Robert H. Smith School of Business.
